Conspiracy: If the teleprompter isn't broken or anything else similar, then it could be a glass fragment he had already in his hand to scratch his ear when reaching up to it? Yet something did show up in one of the photos - bullet or glass flying.

A staged 'photo op' for sympathy, merch money, donation begs, and votes? Well, even if it's not, Trump created it into one himself. Trump's email campaign even demanded donation money from his supporters due to being shot at.

I can confirm that's a fake Steam account who modified the username and steam profile description to "July 13 will be my premiere, watch as it unfolds" after the shooting event happened. When I was confirming it, they where even logged in.

I just saw somebody point out that the countersniper who shot crooks was a member of the local police[wamu.org] and was on a steeper roof than the one the secret service director said was too sloped. That's much better evidence of that farce of an excuse than the cow video.

It also occurred to me that as the head of the executive branch Biden is ultimately responsible for keeping Trump safe, so this is a huge failure on his part. Though it also seems like a flawed system since there's a major conflict of interest there too.

And look, I'll admit he's a registered republican and at least Max R. Smith said Crooks was "definitely a conservative", which are reasons to believe the contrary, but when most people who knew the guy said he didn't discuss politics, kept to himself and had no idea of his political affiliation, I don't think we can be particularly certain in light of conflicting evidence either.

We ought to weigh the the available evidence in accordance to its credibility, and I personally find the donation to be the most credible evidence regarding his political affiliation. It's perhaps reasonable to say you're not sure in consideration of evidence to the contrary, but to dismiss the possibility entirely out of hand like that is somewhat improper. Kinda calls the credibility of your other claims into question to just flatly disregard the possibility in spite of hard evidence to the contrary in the form of an F.E.C. receipt[docquery.fec.gov].

Now I dunno about any of that other stuff, but in the absence of evidence I wouldn't try to affirm or deny it.
