Just to help everyone else out:
People think that I am bragging. Nope. I really care. I wasted years on stupid jobs. I used to be the word's greatest pizza guy- and despite making good money for pizza... It still was pizza. I cannot thank them enough for firing me!
Seriously! Take my words to heart. If you can get out and escape you will years later reap the rewards!
Be free and make yourself rich and stop playing their game. It's a game that very few win.
Oof, I sound depressing today. Sorry, I watched a yt conspiracy video last night. It set my mood off.
So, I decided to make around 6 fake job ads for each specialist position we needed.
Got a lot of applications, most of them were terrible, but a few looked very promising. I made a few adjustments and managed to pull off a very professional team, on paper.
After a few weeks, we won the contract and got the green light to start the work.
And we did hire 4 out of the initial 6 we selected, with 2 it was impossible to work with.

My point is, some jobs could be fake now, but you never know who saves your info and offers you a good job down the line.

If they don't hire you, well... you HAVE to say something different xD
Alot of the mail truck drivers no longer have English as their 1st language.
