I don't know. I started also to throw in numerous anti allergy pills, had a lot of meat yesterday with spicy stuff in it and so on... but today I basically did nothing wrong.
Things like probiotics (especially powders) can contain things like lactose, which if you're iontolerate will give you problems.
Always important to read ingredients and KNOW what you're doing.
Probiotics are fine if handled correctly. I take them in yoghurt form.
Absolute rubbish.
Collodoial silver is one of those woo products shilled by charlatans. There is no magic bullet to anythying.
Silver itself is great for killing bacteria. It's why jewellery is made from it, and if you go look on cooking sites you might find a metal "soapstone" that you rub your hands over to kill bacteria and smells.
But that doesn't extend to taking it and it being a magic thing.
I recommend you actually look up REAL science.
Yeah, I been down this road.
The reason you had this reaction is probably because your gut microbiome is being cleansed. Sounds weird, but think of it this way: the way you feel is a direct result of the conflict in your body; you've introduced bacteria in opposition to the bad bacteria that has colonized your gut. You have to feel like crap to get to the good life later.
It's like when you're sick with the flu and you get a fever. The fever is your body doing its thing to fix you. Same thing.
If you wanna try it again, I recommend one called Align. I been through them all and that one worked for me.
It still amazes me how people completely skip the idea of eating healthy.
It's a sudden change to your body's bacterial balance inside your stomach and entire gut system. Ironically it takes around 2-3 days for it to settle back down, unless it's an allergy or intolerance issue. You likely took it too quick introducing your body to it, but pretty much got over the worst, then stopped, when your body would of return to normal or feeling even better anyways.
There's lots of good probiotic foods out there. Yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, etc. Almost every culture has some form of probiotic food (no pun intended).
