Don't take Pro-Biotics.
I literally consumed Pro-Biotics 2 or 3 days ago, I pretty much immediately started to get diarreah. This kind of on and off or even permanently, stuck with me. Yesterday I also got some stomach pain and felt pretty nauseous for a few hours in the evening, that I decided to stop taking pro-biotics today.

I did stop, the nausea is still there so is the diarreah (no stomach pain really though), especially after eating breakfast it kicked in.

Even after I STOPPED !

I am 90% sure its the pro-biotics, I never had this before in my entire life and a stomach flu feels completely different and is also way more persistent throughout the day. Online sources claim " its normal ", well sorry, but no thank you.

If this is normal, even for a few days or a week, I rather stay unhealthy. The nausea and the odd weakness coming with it, isn't particularly my imagination of becoming healthier.

Just eat clean and healthy guys, don't swall active bacteria powders (pro-biotics) to apparently heal your guts.

Sounds good

Like honestly something I should think about.

My body was always fine ! As long as I did stick to the food we cooked at home when I was a child. I started to get issues once I became a teenager, started to eat out a lot more, kebab and other stuff, experimented a lot with cooking and so on.
Could be good to start at a starting point that you know works. Then slowly reintroducing foods to see what could be the culprit. I wonder if it could be a bunch of spices as well?

I don't know. I started also to throw in numerous anti allergy pills, had a lot of meat yesterday with spicy stuff in it and so on... but today I basically did nothing wrong.
Skill issue
I think what will kill everything is Colloidal Silver? IDK stuff you "hear"
You should never blindly take anything.

Things like probiotics (especially powders) can contain things like lactose, which if you're iontolerate will give you problems.

Always important to read ingredients and KNOW what you're doing.

Probiotics are fine if handled correctly. I take them in yoghurt form.

Absolute rubbish.

Collodoial silver is one of those woo products shilled by charlatans. There is no magic bullet to anythying.

Silver itself is great for killing bacteria. It's why jewellery is made from it, and if you go look on cooking sites you might find a metal "soapstone" that you rub your hands over to kill bacteria and smells.

But that doesn't extend to taking it and it being a magic thing.

I recommend you actually look up REAL science.
Greek yogurt is all you need.

Yeah, I been down this road.

The reason you had this reaction is probably because your gut microbiome is being cleansed. Sounds weird, but think of it this way: the way you feel is a direct result of the conflict in your body; you've introduced bacteria in opposition to the bad bacteria that has colonized your gut. You have to feel like crap to get to the good life later.

It's like when you're sick with the flu and you get a fever. The fever is your body doing its thing to fix you. Same thing.

If you wanna try it again, I recommend one called Align. I been through them all and that one worked for me.

Or maybe your biology doesn't work well with them and your body was all like "if you don't stop taking this nonsense I'm going to ruin your day by getting you stuck in a bathroom".

It still amazes me how people completely skip the idea of eating healthy.

yeah dont take those unless a doctor is directly telling you to
Probiotics is a healthy good bacterial for your gut, which will attack and kill off any bad bacterial. This can cause a mild stomach problem for the first few days. You should also slowly introduce it into your system to get use to. However, yes you can get stomach upsets, gas, diarrhea and even bloating at first. It can even increase the risk of an infection during the change over.

It's a sudden change to your body's bacterial balance inside your stomach and entire gut system. Ironically it takes around 2-3 days for it to settle back down, unless it's an allergy or intolerance issue. You likely took it too quick introducing your body to it, but pretty much got over the worst, then stopped, when your body would of return to normal or feeling even better anyways.

Much like vitamin supplements, you're far better off just eating the food that would give it to you naturally.

There's lots of good probiotic foods out there. Yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, etc. Almost every culture has some form of probiotic food (no pun intended).
it's normal like that for a few days. It's one of the way the body getting rid of bad bacteria and replacing it with the good kind. It happened to me, I stay consistent with it, for about a week or two then it's stopped. Bowel movements are regular and on time as well. Also, how much and how many strains did you consumed? it's also depends on the amount and the dosing as well to cause such bad diarrhea for you.
That's what sauerkraut and dry cider are for, boyo.
probiotics is just a fancy name for yoghurt.
