How to fix my blurry vision
So I see most far away things as blurred (this started in 2019-2020)my mom says it's because I use my laptop and phone to much I did some research and I read that staring at a screen for long periods of time can make your eyes used to focusing on closer things is their anyway to fix this I don't want glasses because I heard that they just make your eyesight worse (and I already look like nerd) what do I do?

Laser eye surgery
Put essential oils in your eyes, blink 50 times to really make sure it soaks in.

As far as I know, there's no way to fix it permanently; Even the laser eye surgery is gonna revert back to your current state after some time.. All you can do is to reduce the strain on your eyes as much and as frequently as you can to prevent any further loss of vision, which can be done by giving your eyes a break every once in a short while, then to force them to focus, and so on..

So, say.. Each ten minutes of staring into desktop, you'll try to focus on something far away (at least ten meters away from you) and pick up on the details for around.. One, maybe two minutes?
And something like this shall be repeated everyday, if possible.

Funny, my vision has gotten better since I started wearing glasses.
The trick is wearing the correct glasses.

No, glasses will not worsen your eyesight unless you're wearing the wrong prescription. And I'd honestly say we're way past the point of the average person caring if you wear glasses or not. If anything they're far more trendy than they used to be.

OT is full of eye doctors, so you came to the right place.

You want to change your eye focus time to time to further distance objects. Don't focus on close object for too long. Give time to relax.

stop rubbing salt in your eyes

Tell your mom to get you to optometrist (eye doctor). Otherwise it will be all just guessing game and you probably need glasses.
And that spiel about watching computer screen for long time making your eyes focusing on close range is just bunch of baloney, after lifetime of computer use my long range vision is just fine.

Or it maybe hereditary. Go check up on it.
