I really do not know if older it would weigh heavily on looks and general fitness as well as personality and all that. That is just about dating.
Relationships are very different and unlikely I would enter one of any seriousness especially with somebody older than myself of about ten years.

Depends on what works for people as long as they are of legal age.

Like I wouldn't go more than 10 years either way because of the generational difference and having a lot less in common growing up.
