I've found that fan based groups are most friendly such as music artists (kpop, Taylor Swift groups) or artistic groups.
There are a few others but are less active.
Seriously though OP, don't go into social groups with some special expectation of what it needs to be. That's a poisonous mindset to have when you try to meet with people. Just enter into the group, join with the topics of conversation and let things play out. Closing yourself off to wanting a specific environment in your head is only going top make everything suck because nothing will match what you want in your head
