"I Know You Are, But What Am I?"
That's true.
Learning love and acceptance is fundamental to a healthy mind.
Many young men and women have lost themselves to narcissistic behaviour.
The story of Narcissus still rings true today.
The health issues and justification for bad habits is the bad, obviously.
Taking power away power from people that use physical appearance as a topic to bully people is good. Mean comments become way less hurtful when you know most people don't share the views as the bully.
"I am missing a limb/in a wheelchair/have a condition that I cannot help. I should still seek to be the best I can an accept myself despite what I cannot help.
How it's going
"If you are a woman less than 200 lbs you aren't healthy! effff your beauty standards! YAAAASSSS TESS HOLIDAY! SLAAAAAY QUEEEN! I SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO TRY AND IMPROVE MYSELF BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T THINK I AM PERFECT WHEN I AM BEING AN OBJECTIVELY HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING YOU ARE OPPRESSING ME!"

My friend was super fat and we worked out to the point where he isn’t “as fat” anymore. Went from 300 to 230.
An unhealthy population is easier to manipulate and control.
Should you be comfortable in your own skin? Yes. Should you be fat? No.
I dont think either is very 'healthy', and promoting both extremes 'lots of fat vs lots of muscle' is silly to begin with
