Yes he is a joke. Tom MacDonald is a "rapper" for teenagers who just discovered what politics are. Much like the underground rapper Lil Darkie, he is overrated and is for people who just started to become edgy.

Depends how you measure it. For me it's Aesop Rock. And I understand why a lot of people don't like him. His voice is harsh and he's stylistically abrasive, but when it comes to pure lyricism his pen game is legitimately unmatched, almost to the point that it saddens me. Like nothing else since can quite satisfy this linguistic itch.
