I suggest you sleep like 0.5 hours, it'll benefit everyone around you.
I can't do this until I get everything done. I don't see how people put 30 minutes into a game before work. If I don't have four or five hours of free time, I just can't focus on anything but getting ♥♥♥♥ done and out of the way.
If I'm stressed, I'm kinda guaranteed to not perform well enough to be satisfied with the results in way too many cases, so doin' something that's not unhealthy and can make things better for me is the way to go.. For now, for the time being.
Now, I'm not gonna play something I like and get distracted to the point of no return.
It has to be something that's easy on my mind, but not too complicated to get lost within it. I need myself to be prepared for what's the day got to offer.
I go take my dog for a walk/jog early and grab some breakfast. Then do most of my work early on, so I just chill later on in the evenings.
However, I'm a morning early bird.
You might be a night owl instead? If so, you tend to stay up late during the nights and sleep in early mornings, till even up to the afternoon.
If a night owl, I can you it will kinda suck when you are young and have to get up for school, etc. However, stick though that, then if continuing studying pick night classes and/or try get yourself a night shift job. You will excel much better then, just by flipping your sleeping pattern.
However, whatever you do, stick to a sleeping cycle pattern. Your body clock will then work with that and know when to release chemicals to both fall asleep faster/deeper and when to wake up naturally refreshed. Avoid it being completely random or broken fragmented sleep cycles.
But not being able to sleep is worse.
I like to boogie...
