For sitting up in bed they are good. I have a ski injury. So it helps with elevating my leg and aligning my spine.

I'm a side sleeper, so a body pillow would be nice, but I always felt they were TOO soft. I'd like a smaller size punching bag as punching bags are firm and sturdy enough.
