it is a red flag sure.. but not a complete NOPE.

there are situations where a single monther can be dating material.

but the FIRST requirement is that that that other man is completely out of her life

-if a woman was raped, got pregnant, and like a good christian kept the child
Than she clearly won't want ever to see that rapist.,. and is fine dating material.

-if a woman is a young widow.. she was married, but her man died because of an accident or illness. turning her in a single mother.. than she is fine dating material.

-if a woman had a "past" say she did have sex before mariage (a sin) but was willing to marry when she got preghnant.. but than he ran on her instead of doing the honorable thing.... and that was a decade ago and she has not have any sex since with anyone before or after..
**than sufficient time has passed to show she is beyond that mistake.

I look at it this way. If a woman has one kid, she has had sex at least once. If she has 2 or more kids, she has had to have liked sex enough to have those kids so if you are looking for some horizontal bop time, then a mother is the place to look.
