Never use Doritos or Cheetos, all they do is make your fingers all sticky.
Do you WANT diabetes?
Because they are real gamers.
A gamer has the same, healthy, food intake requirements as anyone else.
Those who put in more than 20 hours per week would probably need to make their diet more healthy and leaner on calories than normally suggested, sitting on your backside at home and work isn't healthy.
No, they should work out at least an hour a day since they have the time...thumbs and/or wrist only movement doesn't count. ;-)
A healthy diet is based on about 2k calories a day. Even inactive, 2k isn't a lot. More like you need more is needed, depending on the job you are doing. A UPS loader would probably need more, where a book keeper may not.
Eh, the problem with sitting is that there is good evidence that exercise *might* not undo the damage from prolonged sitting. Doing a few extra hours of exercise each week to offset extended gaming sessions might not help, sitting or eating will however.

Real gamers have portable tables with laptops when they do #2
Only 20? Casual detected.
I have killed many a raid boss while sitting on the Porcelain Throne.
The exercise was't to off-set the sitting down all the time. It is to help prevent heart disease and keep the heart healthy.

Gamers should make it a habbit to buy a stationary bike and game with wireless keyboard and mouse while doing cardio.
