That's in regards to "What kind of info do you seek/What questions do you feel you can gain the most knowledge about a person". Asking those questions directly is not something I do, but spending enough time with a person will reveal that on its own. Actions speak louder than words I've noticed.
That'd answer some questions, sure, although I'm not sure how important they are unless you're auditioning people for a wrestling team :P
but talking about things generally, it's something like linux, interests, all of those quirky stuff.
