Porn addiction is often accompanied by desensitization, much like "tolerance" is developed by addicts. Though not the same, the effect can be similar - The addict seeks ever more powerful stimuli. The "cure" can be similar - Stop using it. If that seems impossible or if one can not become aroused without it, then that may be a good time to seek out some therapy.
