It's actually not that difficult..
You do sorta convince yourself that you have different plans and priorities.
Generally speaking, the less energy you have by the end of the day, the easier it gets to control. Getting busy does help the most.. Getting so busy, that such thoughts don't ever cross your mind.

As long as you choose somebody you love, that's what counts. A loveless relationship will burn somebody at any age.

Besides, a lot of people, by 20, have already stunted their brain's development pretty badly. People like that aren't exactly looking all that sharp in their 30's either.

It's easy. Lust is being controlled, once it is fully satisfied. That or, when it is being overrun by fear; ideally, from the fear of the consequences, once your lust rages but its target does not yield mutual sentiments exactly...

Don't suppress it or oppress yourself though, as in strict morality, puritanism, guilt cultivation, shaming or religious (over)zeal; or else, it can become much worse and much less controllable, or sane.

Use responsibly, as a thinking adult.
