If you want to use them to destroy cities then no. On the other hand if you just like the aesthetic and how a warhead ties a room together, then who am I to judge? We'll just have to get any purchaser to promise not to explode them.

That's why these hyperbolic comments are amusing to me. They could legalize them, and it still wouldn't make a difference. It's just an over the top emotional straw man people use to try to say guns should be illegal too, despite the two objects not even being remotely similar.

If the Second Amendment was put into place to prevent the rise of a tyrannical government, and if governments can only be overthrown with "F-15s and nuclear weapons," then yes, nuclear weapons (and F-15s) should be legal for all citizen militias.

Nukes are a bit more questionable, although technically should be permitted.

Eventually, people will be able to own an F-15. There are privately owned F-104s and there is one privately owned F-4 Phantom II for sale at $3.95 million. The problem is, one has to have a pilots license with multi engine and high performance amendments or previous fighter aircraft flight experience before one could actually fly it.
