It's not that bad.. It's just that sharing it here would appear somewhat selfish, almost as if I was calling myself special by doing so.

That's true, though, venting can be done in various ways, and I can't vent without taking into consideration the people who'd be there to read it.. And possibly ruining their mood with that would've only backfired at me with feeling guilty about it.
