I can quit whenever I want!
It could be due to being tired, due to the conflict with my current plans (to walk, to exercise, to prepare myself for heading outside for the day, ...), or due to knowing the expected results.
For example, I ain't playing Valorant's competitive matches right before heading to bed, because I don't have the energy for that when it's so late, and because I do wanna head to bed without having to calm myself down due to the rushing blood from all that adrenaline. That only works to keep myself awake, the exact opposite of my planned move, which is to head to bed and sleep.
That being said, it has become a routine for me to browse through OT.. That's my true addiction, the game of playing with words with y'all..
Generally speaking, if I start something, I'm gonna see it until the end.. Otherwise, I don't bother taking the initiative to begin in the first place.
Agree, this seems very much like addiction
I was thinking Cities Skylines 2 would have put a stop at it, but too many issues there so this did not occur yet. Maybe when Transport Fever 3 is released.
