only bone, hair are not alive

and yes you need several trillion small life form to create big creature

"Alive" and "conscious" are different things. If a cell or group of cells is alive, it does not mean that it is necessarily has a will. Plants are alive but are believed to have no will (or a mind) in contrast with animals or humans. So you can't just "force" your cells to behave "against their will", just because they have none. They don't feel, they don't think.

matter a fact, skin cells are very dangerous cells and can function like regular immune systems.
