Transfer game files from microsoft store to steam

So my internet is slow, and I have some games downloaded on microsoft store that i tried on the game pass and then got them on my steam account, is there a way to transfer them without having to download everything again?

Really depends.

I mean, you could try copying the files in the right folder, and verify integrity of the files. With a bit of luck the files will pass the check and barely anything needs to be downloaded again.

But often enough there's version differences from the stores.
So it could be that most, if not all, files would have to be downloaded again when it's from a different store even if you copy them.
