hm thats about 6g protein, if you need to add/supplement 70kg protein to your diet you'd have to get 10-12 eggs .. every day
thats gross :D

I thought the same but depending on the amount you need it's not the best experience to use chicken eggs

Doesn't sound very cheap either. Unless you get a few chickens
Btw i did a typo haha, i wrote 70kg instead of 70g, for 70kg you'd need to eat 11.5k eggs :D

I mean idk why you have that stereotype of athletes drinking 2 raw eggs before working out either, but eating actual fully grown chicken meat does work though and is something some bodybuilders do but is it cheap? Probably not.
Dinosaur nuggies on the other hand will never go extinct so go wild with them

Looking for the cheapest protein source, I've found that whey protein powder is a solid option. I've tried a bunch of different sources over the years, and this one strikes a nice balance between cost and quality. You can usually find it at a reasonable price online or at your local store. What I like about it is that it's super versatile – you can mix it into smoothies, oatmeal, or even bake. Plus, it doesn't taste too bad compared to other options. I've also noticed it helps with my workouts, giving me that extra boost I needed. Sure, there are cheaper sources like beans or eggs, but if you're looking for something quick and easy, organic whey protein[www.znaturalfoods.com] powder is the way to go.

cheap protein bars.
pasta's cheaper than raw eggs, is mostly egg already, and is fortified with important things most people kinda skip like iron, b vitamins, and calcium. As well as all the fats and protein and potassium already in eggs. plus it has even more protein than regular egg does. no wonder egg noodles are so popular, 1600 calories of egg noodle is nearly 55 grams of protein. all the protein an average person needs in a day.

not sustainable for more than a year or so. body doesn't like a lot of the things in them, such as nut pastes and carob nubs and pure glucose and glycerine and vitamin E slurries. will eventually stop processing them entirely.

Human men...

They even have a built-in straw you can use to suck out the protein after a little work, usually free of charge! :GachiVan:
