Also, if you really think EA and Valve are "mortal enemies," you need to grow up. They're similar clients that serve a similar purpose, and just like Phil Spencer says with Xbox vs PS4, nobody said a lesser success somehow isn't a success.
Some guy in russia stole my Origin account years ago, and I can never get it back because it sends me to EA Russia for customer support and I'm too lazy to learn Russian to be able to talk to them.
For "Worst Company in America," they really don't deserve that name. They're far from perfect but they definitely have their merits as a company.
Also, in my opinion, if you're selling this for $20, it's impossible to be the worst company in America.

Free games, the most effective DDoS method in history.
They are a pretty bad company. From the way they treat employees to the way they don't care about customers (gave up trying to get my account back after nearly 3 years) to the game companies they buy out just to destroy so they don't have to worry about "possible" competition.
What is great Is I already have all the C&C games before Origin was even a thing and they ruined that series too.
That, and it's easy to say that somehow they're singlehandedly responsible for Maxis' downfall, but they did delay the inevitable by a good 16 years. If it weren't for their Maxis buyout, we never would have seen Spore, SimCity 3000/4, or The Sims. Their support is also great, especially in comparison to Valve, and for every screwup they make they have some kind of good thing to counteract it.
Then, you have companies like SquareEnix and WB Games, customer abuse at its finest. Abusive DRM, a big "♥♥♥♥ you" to PC users by selling a broken product then running, sketchy business models, half-baked games, just overall ♥♥♥♥. It's like they're both a complete reboot of Ubisoft/EA from 2007, the exact same downward trend being repeated by these two, while the real EA and Ubisoft are starting to change their ways (EA moving way faster than its French competitor).
Even then, I would never call any of these companies "Worst in America" under any circumstance. At the end of the day, it's some first-world-problems ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Nestle's links to human trafficking, a massive oil spill, causing a massive economic recession, wrongly foreclosing homes, and somehow a few mediocre video games make you the worst in the country? Oh, internet...
