The entire point is it is not normal.
How can they be strong if other people have to fight for them?
If anything I'd rather just focus more on adapting to living in a world which was not made for people like me. Instead of demanding that others walk on eggshells and treat me like some god-king man-child, I'd rather they just treat me like they do anyone else.
Course that's just my opinion. Don't like it? Well, that's on you. Ergo that's a whole lot of not my problem.
No, unlike a computer program, bureaucracy usually makes no sense and goes against logic. You need to be brain dead (or at least know how to turn off your brain for the meantime) to survive bureaucracy.
Not to say there are no autistic people that like it, but many would be miserable with such a job.
If they do like it however, beg the gods for mercy.
