Buddha never considered himself a god. It wasn't until much later after his death that believers in Buddhism made him out to be god like. The Buddha was walking on water, healing the sick and was able to walk on rainbows. Believers made him into a deity.

Nope that's not how it works - that's a strawman. Atheism has NOTHING to do with science. Just a lot of religious people have a problem with it as it proves them WRONG.

Atheism is the stance on ONE question - whether some gods exist. There are plenty of people here in Britain that don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about science yet remain atheist. You're demosntrably incorrect.

And please don't be so silly as to say "they're liberal". That also has nothing to do with it.

And christianity is not the one true religion. NO religions have ever proven any god exists EVER in any way.

The fact is that the scientific method of enquiry is the MOST RELIABLE method of detecting reality. There is nothing better.

And here's the kicker for you -

Hundreds of years ago we had loads of supernatural claims and loads of scientific claims. Over time there have been more scientific EVIDENCE and less and less supernatural claims.

There has yet to be a SINGLE shred of evidence for anything supernatural.

So please stop making silly claim about people like atheists when you clearly don't understand.

It's more probable, that a being made us than not. There's not a single example of something coming from nothing. But there are examples of creation, cosmic to day to day. You are on a floating rock in a perfectly aligned solar system, bound to this earth and from it. That's pretty magical.
