I'm not a lawyer to answer that question, however, I noticed that a lot of videos on the subject added "step-" in all of their titles or were removed. This looks completely ridiculous.

its a taboo but i don't think it should be a crime. i mean i'm biased cos i got a terrible SisCon, but then again they're my step-sisters. they'll never share the same feelings as i do for them.

but anyways, if you love each other, should that be illegal? is love ever wrong?
isn't love a positive thing?

maybe its just that i'm thinking a bit different. because i don't see them as my sisters even if we share the same mother but not father. i only see my brother as my brother because we share the same dad and mom.

i checked, but i can't find any examples of srs being done on children
at most news sites claiming it happened but never really offering any concrete evidence for it

If it's not being done then why does Kaiser offer gender reassignment surgery for kids? You're saying they offer the procedure but have never done it a single time for their millions of patients?

You're trying to backtrack. You openly supported genital mutilation of kids in the past and now are trying to minimize your position because society has turned on you.

I'll make you a deal. I'll take 10 seconds of my time to go over to google so I can cut / paste one of the numerous links to news stories about kids getting their privates chopped off if you're willing to admit you were wrong to support it in the first place. Otherwise feel free to crawl back under the rock you came from.

desantis banned all medical care for trans youth, specifically focusing on banning "surgeries on kids" despite the fact that srs isn't actually done on kids

it bothers people because he's using ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rhetoric to push further and further against trans healthcare— to the point where trans adults can face severe difficulties accessing treatment

Offtopic- I think that people’s tax money should not be spent on something that little kids can’t consent, but if kids these days want to do something that they can’t understand, without permission from their parents (or even if they permit), they should pay out of their own pockets, or from their parents’ money (though I still think that it is wrong decision), in my opinion.
There are people that are in more dire need of real healthcare than some kids that should rather have mental health sessions than some wrong, irreversible surgeries on their own bodies.

Anyway, it still doesn’t change my mind that it is a very big hypocrisy when love is love (as long as it is consensual), but when something is inconvenient, some people say no, let’s outlaw it, and yes, that means that it a big “forced” no, not “you can do what you like, it doesn’t concern me”, because why do you say that, but then you support to outlaw it?
