Men, why don't you lift?
The feminists don't want you lifting weights: https://onlyfeminists.com/2021/03/19/dear-men-stop-working-out/

Now why do you think that is? It's because being physically fit naturally leads to an air of confidence due to the ability to defend oneself from threats. They view this aspect as supportive of "the patriarchy", which they seek to eradicate as part of some obscure and outdated gender war.

The thing is, to deny this aspect of human nature is folly, much the same way as vegans who refuse to eat animal byproducts and suffer adverse health effects because of it. Men need to be stronger because the natural gender role of men is that of the protector and warrior. Men are typically larger and stronger than women. If one of the genders has to do the actual fighting, it should be the men. Women, naturally, are attracted to men who would be better at protecting them than a weak man who would need their protection, like a child. Women typically find adult men more attractive than children.

So put down the Doritos and hit the gym, fellow kings. Live life with your head held high, like a man, instead of cowering and bowing to feminist ideology.

Not formally. I tried contacting local gyms but they can't be insured for dealing with me. So no.

I occasionally go to a physiotherapist and ask for things to do at home to stop the bigger problems.

But outside that I can't do much.

It is another reason I do my music festival work though during the summer, as I can move about better when it's warmer and have managed to set the system up to accommodate me.

That gives a bit of "real life" exercise as much as I can deal with.

The music sounds cool.
Was trying to think of anything to help but you got the physiotherapist and its a shame gyms can't help.
Off the top of my head I can't offer any suggestions other than chicks love the music guys at festivals ;) I doubt i need to tell you that though.

I have to go its late here, but like to chat again. I've had some temporary experiences where moving has been a limited option.
Cheers - and thanks for thinking about me and suggestions. I'm still all ears and welcome any comments.

And oh yeah, women do indeed dig it. I also dress the part at the festivals as especially at Glastonbury we're encouraged to (for example, my profile pic is on duty).
