They've actually thought of this, believe it or not. It's the reason the purchase deadline is about an hour before the drawing. They seed the RNG randomly just after the deadline, so it would take you an hour each time you reload your save, and then there would be a different seed so you couldn't just pick the numbers that won last time.

In my country the change to win lotery is 1/100000, obviously only counting the biggest price...

The only time I bought lotery, I got 50 euro, so is basically 30 euro profit since the ticket costs 20 euro v:
