The only thing that sucks is that they canceled the sequel.
If you buy it I hope they fixed that bug or you don't encounter it.

What was the game breaking bug?
I did play it for a little while a few months ago but then dropped out after losing interest.
Mid-game there will be a scene where the protagonist have a flashback.
In the scene he will drive his bike to one certain destination but you can't control it, being a flashback.
The problem is the road disappear during the scene and he falls to his death, without my input at all. This bug still happen after closing the game so I can't progress beyond that point, and I don't have the patience to play again from the beginning.

Yup, the devs wanted it to be a 3 game series, 2nd game was ready to get started and Sony shot it down.
Sony supposedly did that because of "lukewarm reviews" or such even though it was a bigger seller than multiple other games that DID or are getting sequels.
