But any normal office chair will do for a desk. Keep in mind, these things are made for people to sit on their ass 8 hours a day.
If it's not PC hardware (although sometimes even then), do NOT buy any "gaming x" crap. It's just gimmick nonsense aimed at idiots.
I doubt anyone even considered ergonomics with any of these "gaming chair" designs.

chairs like that used to be $150. now they're $500-1000, still break after 3-5 years if you're lucky, and the $150 chairs compare unfavorably with milk crates.
Gaming chairs can vary, given most are just a gimmick and just paying for a label, a few others are much better than a standard office chair. That gives you a more comfortable ergonomic design with better back support too.
DX Racer chairs, for example, are made from actual racing car seats. Metal framework structure insides and solid complete foam pieces separated into multiple sections, so it won't fall apart completely even if you got a knife and cut it yourself. Yet while solid, those chairs aren't ergonomic designed.
Cheaper chairs are stuffed with bits and pieces, that just falls apart over time with wear and tear.
I actually personally like the cross-breed gaming/office games best, which offer the best of both worlds and sometimes for even a slightly lower price than an equal quality office chair. Seat depth adjustment is a must have too.
Saying that, I would suggest NEVER getting a low to mid range 'gaming chair' as 99.9% of them are utter rubbish and just labelled for gamers to increase it's price. It's only the top 10% (not always the most expense one either though) which really shines above and beyond the rest, which you will be happy to sit in for the next 15 years and it still be in one comfortable piece. Made by gamers for gamers, tried, tested and true type stuff.

I needed the ability to tilt back and put my feet up for pain when needed. If all I needed was a "chair" I would have probably leaned toward an office one. I was on the fence when I got the chair I did get.
I personally hate cushions on gaming chairs. Commonly it's a sign of being a cheap version of back lumbar support, that starts off hard as a rock and ends up soft with lots of usage. Some can be good, but most won't be that great.
Some cheap chairs you can't even lean back in for support of your back, so watch out for those. Your back should still be fully supported with or without that pillow.
Ergonomic designed office chairs or gaming/office hybrid chairs are soooo much better. It's like an investment for your back spine and will save you thousands in the future from back and posture issues.
It's one of the many reasons I consider a gaming/office chair, such as the Vertagear Triigger 350, worthwhile to save up for, plus it will last you the next 15 years at least.
I do have a Secret Labs Titan Evo that I have had a little while now that has been good to me.
I just went with the gaming chair due to its variable positioning ability.
