Somedays I skip breakfast, but still have lunch and jantar.
Somedays I don't eat at all (not hungry or end of the month and I have no money).
:)
Chinese Sausages, Rice, and Cabbage for Tuesday.
Wednesday I had bagel, cream cheese, and baked chicken.
And today I had stir fried rice with bbq pork twice cooked.
It would be boring to eat the same thing daily, yet a pattern across a week or so is calming and nice to know you can easily buy, prepare it and that it will taste good. You can also consider the diet / weight / muscles better with the micro nutrition. I know I'll get a good level of proteins, fibers, healthy fats, with lower sugars and carbs.
Bread, every damn morning, bread.
