For example, you might see a video of a guy have his dog do a really cool trick and land a certain way.
Some broccoli head guy is going to say something like “This man was at a park with his dog when he threw the frisbee, and it did the most amazing thing. It caught it in such a cool way and totally landed perfect on its back legs.”
No... I think you may be on the wrong website... That's the name of a different person on a furry porn site.
As much as I talk ♥♥♥♥ about zoomer attention spans, I am glad the shorts/most viewed features are curb stomping 10-minute tutorials. Now if only we could get the dislike button back...
Either that or generic lo-fi beat no. 9832
With cr1tikal there's "Here's drama. Thing bad. Sperm funny. Laugh."
For everyone else it's "I gave up making creative content to become a monotonous talking head droning on about irrelevant influencer drama". Who has the time or care for this?
Nearly every centrist YouTuber I watch(ed) has been banned. Those that haven't? Pivoted to alternative content. (Typically from political commentary to movie/TV reviews.)
Irrelevant drama is the only thing YouTube won't smack you for. Unless you support far-left-extremist views. Then you can talk about LITERALLY ANYTHING.
I watch a couple different guys. One talks from his political leaning. He constantly gets flagged and his videos taken down. (Despite breaking no rules.) The other guy is gay. He curses in his videos. Frequently. He doesn't mark them as being for adults. (There's a checkbox you can mark when uploading. He simply doesn't do it. YouTube's rules EXPLICITLY say you will be banned if you continuously break the rules. YouTube has never taken action against this person.)
There is a clear and ongoing two-tier system. Have a certain set of beliefs? The rules don't apply. Have a different set of beliefs? Every rule will be bent to punish you.
