It simply isn't possible to evolve 2 at a time. One simple reason is they would immediately run into inbreeding problems.
Realistically, a species needs at least 5000 members for a viable population.
This also blows away other nonsense such as Bigfoot, Loch Ness... and many other forms of bad fiction.
I'm atheist and have been all my life, and whenever someone's said to me "if God was proven to exist would you worship them?" I've always said ♥♥♥♥ NO.
Why? Because if he's as he is portrayed in the Bible then he's a monster and I want nothing to do with him or that nonsense. He could be more powerful than I and I don't care - it doesn't change the fact I'm not following that stuff. Rampant killing, misogyny, salvery and so on. Nope not for me.
