Most universally disliked food
I was just thinking about how I used to like Cottage Cheese as a kid.... and once my grandpa was eating with me n my family and he said cottage cheese was nasty

As I'm older now I agree with him 100%. It's pretty much rotten milk or something? I'm never gonna eat that again

But this got me thinking what food do you think is the most DISLIKED by the whole world? Most liked is probably pizza, pasta, mexican, chinese... I don't know. one of them.

But most disliked? It's hard to decide... I'm going to go with surrstroming (a type of fish), there are a lot of people that like it, but most people hate it..

What's your vote for the most disliked food?

I don't undersyand why people don't like salmiakki and licorice? When there is a bowl of sweets these two are left. More for me! 😋🤤

The traditional Scottish haggis, made in Scotland using the traditional recipe. Most people, who know what it actually is made of will be grossed out.

With that said, it's really tasty and I love it.

Brussels sprouts deep fried in black licorice oil and topped with sauerkraut

It's not an actual dish, but now it is, and it's bad

I remember several people I know ran out to try haggis immediately once they heard about it. But since you can't really get the "real deal" around here without making it, that meant canned haggis.

Which is revolting. So ironically, it's like they were all TOO excited about the oddity of haggis, which caused them to now think they don't like it, because they've only had bottom-of-barrel haggis.

More than half of them I can't even convince to try the real stuff due to that poor experience lol

But I agree, when someone who knows what they're doing prepares it, haggis is almost indescribable.
