Yes, comrade.
There are even tactics used by small armies to defeat larger ones. It’s called guerrilla warfare. Using a small and more mobile force to strike at a bigger force using hit-and-run tactics, sabotage, and ambushes. That’s how Vietnam won against the United States.
now why would i put my life on the line for someone like that? he has dishonoured everything the uniform stands for along with the SAS soldiers who committed those crimes in the first place. There is no chance of serving so long as pieces of filth like that are allowed to keep their positions and actively serving.
Where my brothers in arms will say:"YOOO! HE IS GOT SO ♥♥♥♥♥♥ UP!"

The SAS operate on a very different level.
Like many Special Forces do worldwide, movies and tv 'reality' shows make it all glossy and adventure like.
You would not be putting your life on the line for the SAS or any of the chain of command to do with the SAS.
I do not know of the incident/s you speak of just people have a very odd look at how the world works it is not pretty and it is not morally righteous although Game of Thrones does mention this early on.
It's about making sure that when you put on the uniform, you are doing it for the right reasons each morning. To be proud to wear it and for what it represents. i don't care which unit or office is or isn't represented, the whole british armed forces will be affected by this. Now the MoD will have to do some cleaning up and restoring the image of the British armed forces.
True, in war you'll always get people who commit war crimes, but those individuals need to be held accountable in the end.
This is the problem.
War is an ugly thing.
The British Army do hold itself to a higher degree than many other armies (and I know there are incidents and all that).
The SAS are not the same, they are there to do an ugly job in an ugly occupation.
They are made hero like by the media and fascination but these guys and I take nothing from them are more ruthless than the James Bond stuff people like to watch.
These are nothing like some other countries I will not mention and how they behave.
The uniform is not and should not be seen as the same as SAS.
I cannot speak for todays world but going back a number of years if somebody gave the wrong password regardless of who it is or what they look like or gender or anything else civilians think are important, they could be killed instantly no hesitation. that person could be just lost and confused or it could be someone out on a long overnight walk or it could be enemy reconnaissance.
That is just standing orders not even just reserved for Special forces.
When it comes to professionalism in the British Army I'd rather have them watching my back or in my town over a number of other countries anyday.
Hmm, that gave me a backup idea.
Imagine that you’re in a squad of 4 in a covert operation and you raided a small camp. They all surrendered but you don’t have the manpower or resources to keep them. You can let them go but they can report back and compromise your mission.
Am I saying what they did was right? No.
You know what patriots get? A flag draped over their coffin and a thank you note to their mom.
War is a sucker’s game, where you lose your life defending the moneyed and powerful.
