It doesn't really matter, because you are already limited by your's country internet speed.

I think Nigeria is one of the countries with the least internet censorship, but other services are exclusive only for the first world countries.

You probably don't need to put so much thought into what country to tunnel into if censorship and speed are an issue, they tend to be less censored than the connection offered to their citizens.

If you need specific recommendations; if speed isn't a proirity, try Tor, which is more advanced, but again, slow. Otherwise, Mullvad VPN is a solid choice, they go so far as to not require a contact address just to store the least amount of data about their customers and their service is generally pretty good.

I sometimes use a VPN to access TV sites all over the place and one of the worst I have encountered is Turkey. Their internet is heavily censored. I suspect there are worse countries, though, China and Russia probably. I would guess that absolute worst in the world is probably North Korea. Amazing that they are right next door to one of the best in the world - South Korea.

the poorer the country is the least they care about is entertainment so those countries have the loosest censorship rules. but fastest internet speed is advanced techonology and it needs a lot of funding to make it happens so only available in developed countries
