Why doe Windows 98 are better than Windows 11!!

Believe me it make sense, and I will explain why.

1. Windows 98 are 87 version ahead from Windows 11
2. You can now set wallpaper gif without using third party program.
3. Finally microsoft understand that people want something nostalgia so they decide to make windows 98 interface look Retro.
4. was faster and lightweight than Windows 11
5. no account requirement for installation!
6. microsoft finally hearing feedback , they decide to make taskbar and menu bar look more easily to use.
7.with Plus, You can customize your desktop more!!
8.microsoft doe something really cool, You can now play game from 1990s without any problem!

Windows 98 are the future of Windows 11!!! :3
(if microsoft still using number as version of next release)

Actually my Windows 11 laptop runs with a local account.
When this thing came with Windows 10, I've simply set it up with a local account and then upgraded to Windows 11.
And it works just fine.

good meme but 7 and xp with anti virus software is still superior, sadly games would no longer work so it's best to switch to it for just casual use and then to 10 for gaming.

Gaming is the casual use. I'll be switching to some other OS when I'm not using 10 for Steam games that need it. Less time on that privacy invading garbage the better.

OP forgot one thing. Used to be we'd skip the even numbered versions of Windows because they were garbage. It wasn't until Microsoft skipped Windows 9 that the odd numbers became the good versions.

Therefore, Windows 95 is clearly superior to Windows 98. Unless you think Windows 2000 is the best. In which case, may the gods have mercy on your soul...

Here's the thing though.

With PCs you don't have to stick to one at all.

My wife had a Windows 8 laptop and I hated that, so I bunged Linux on there and had it dual boot. Served the purpose well.

Nothing wrong with finding alternatives to suit your needs.

"nostalgia" at this point is such an overused word. to the point of mass madness, it seem. stfu already, i'm just interested in natural progression of things.
