Do you hate working a job?
My job turns me into a sadistic monster.

i like my job when we got stuff to do

but when it's dead as a rural night that's when i hate it

also watching couples being lovey dovey (which happens a lot more than i care to admit) it makes me feel empty and lonely inside.
Nope. I got a cool boss and get to work strange hours when normal people aren't functioning. :neoncool:
Mostly I liked working. I no longer need to though. House is fully paid off, 2023 motorcycle was bought with cash and I'm not in debt at all. I'm in a good place. Might upgrade the bike to an S1000R depending how it goes over the next year.

Nice. I didn't know you were a biker. I have a Suzuki Dual Sport with Givi storage all over it. And what a massive turnaround. Seems like you chose a good place over a bad place. Nice.

Remember, ATGATT. And you know what it feels like for the temperature and humidity to change as you drive the hills on a nice morning.
The moment you call it a job you know that day is done.

Yes I love riding, it's a natural high. I don't think I'd ever own another car again. Dual sport would be good.. I almost bought a KLR but I'll be on the road more so went the F900R. And yep I'm always geared up.

Is it harder to ride at an older age than in your teens and 20s? Those bikes don’t look nearly as stabilized as Harleys.
So far so good for me. I only had a dirt bike when I was a younger. And when I was doing the single dad thing I didn't ride at all. People say about back issues with sport bikes over Harleys but the naked bikes are more upright. One thing for sure though is with so much driving experience first, I feel better prepared for riding roads.

It’s one of the only things I like outside of what are other, equally important things in life. I enjoy being useful.
My job really burns me out.
Health care worker here.

According to the online questionnaire, I am experiencing mild burnt out, but still manageable.

Not sure about changing a better workplace.
Why have a job when you can just stream and make more money than a Police Officer? Lol.

I busted absolute ass in my youth and ended up retiring in my mid-20's. Not sitting in a pool at my mansion but I don't have to work.

Is nice.
I misread this as "I busted absolute a** in my mouth" and questioned what your job was.

My man. I know motorcycles are a risk, but damn, they're fun. Get your motor runnin'... head out on the highway... Be safe. And cool.
ya, that's why I stopped doing such things to please society.
