What kind of tea do you like to drink when gaming at night ?
What kind of tea do you like to drink when gaming at night ?

Tbh I enjoy peppermint tea lately, I usually add some honey to it.

I also drink mixed herbal tea with alpine herbs and so on and on... sometimes fennel tea.

I like all the herbal stuff, because its healthy.

At daytime I drink black or green or coffee.

Green tea + lemon + couple tea spoon of sugar + pomegranate concentrate + spoon of orange juice + tea spoon of cinnamon + spoon full of red pepper.

Gotta have that boosted energy to get going. I'm about that kills.

Usually good old fashioned PG tips. It's more of a "daily driver" though.

At night if it's hot as it is now here in Britain, then Vimto with carbonated water.

If colder though, I get a really good floral earl grey and dunk a bit of lemon in there instead of milk. There's a decent tea importer near us that's been going 200 years and they're fabulous (Imperial Teas of Lincoln).

It's dead easy.

Depeding on the tea you use, heat the water as per their instructions. And then steep the tea as per their instructions too.

It really isn't rocket science.

There isn't that much caffeine to be fair and what there is sends me to sleep anyway rather than keeps me awake.

I think it's rather because having the spinal issues I have and the painkilling I need, it acts in a different way.

ACTUALLY ! Ideally one would pour hot water into a cup. Then pour the water out and only THEN put the tea bags in and pour the water with the appropriate temperature into the cup.

This is so the temperature of the water does not get altered by the cold cup and perfect temperature is maintained for as long as possible.

Obviously no one does this.... but there is quite a big guide on how to correctly make a cup of tea. Green tea is more sensitive, water needs to cool down a little befor being pourded in and so on and on.

Herbal tea has to usually sit for up to 15 minutes, black tea for not more than 5-8 mins.

No actually it' depends on the tea you're using. Which is why I said to check what THEY say.

Some teas like a lot of the Japanese teas require NON boiling water. Some need really hot water. Others require long steeps, others not. Some can be steeped and used several times before throwing away, and so on.

So check what the recommendations are per tea you buy.

Green tea with lemon, no sugar. Trying to get at least some antioxidants.

Read again. I have clearly stated that the type of tea is relevant, but there are some basic rules for tea making that would be considered the perfect process in general.

Tea packs however do not recommend you to pre heat your cup and so on, this is the type of correct practice you wont get from some tea instructions lol.

Also, you should not even boil boiling water over black tea. Most people have no clue how to make a proper tea mate.

Tetley Orange Pekoe Tea , I usually drink it during the cold months when it's minus 30 ° C out or when I can't afford soda pop or ice tea
