Why can some people not handle pronouns?

Personal pronouns have existed for thousands of years and have been used differently by all manner of cultures. But for some reason, there's a very vocal group of people that just can't handle the fact that they're changing now.

I don't really see them much in real life, but they're really vocal on steam in particular, even more so than on other platforms. Is there any reason for why steam seems to have such a high rate of these individuals?

just FYI, there are languages with noun gender which do have more than two genders (such as german)

and?? as i said in this post, i'm talking about nouns, not people or their pronouns - and before you say people are nouns, the person i replied to mentioned the genders of objects and was implying that french or spanish would fall apart if objects had more genders (and objects are nouns, and i would not generally call people "objects" which means they were specifically NOT talking about people)

But you was mentioning an otherkin that become demons. There was a guy that got two metal spikes added to his forehead. Then no one would give him a job because everyone thought he was satanic. And that was really awful descrimination. Otherkin get discriminated against immensely if they get any surgery.

To where many don't get it at all. Theres no worse descrimination than what otherkin face in the job market post surgery. Also I'd imagine most insurances and companies won't cover it.

Trans is one thing, but otherkin is far more societal descimination.

So if uni bathrooms come to everywhere, replace normal ones, and they have privacy barriers thats, fine I guess. Not ideal, but its "fine"

And that's the key here.

When it boils down to it, it really doesn't affect anyone, but there's certain dishonest actors who have pushed this as an agenda when it isn't.

It's the same as when they claimed Obama was going to take away guns - he did nothing of the sort - there was ZERO evidence of such a thing.

Or when they said "the gays are taking over" and claimed that was an agenda too. No evidence of that either.

When it boils down to it, the most honest thing you can do is look at how it's going to not just affect you but the mann in the street.

And the reality is that the mere existence of transgender people (which has been documented in science for around 100 years) doesn't affect anyone at all. It is about time that we got to recognised things like mixed or solo bathrooms for example as you rightly say.

There is of course a REAL reason why they're attacking such people and it's the rich people who tare religious zelots pushing THIER agenda instead. They cannot tolerate something that goes against what their religion tells them. That's the actual root of the problem here.

What if they have both or neither? What if they have three sets of chromosomes?

Those things demonstrably exist. You should perhaps get up to date on what the science ACTUALLY says.

I'm seeing some discrimination who won't hire people if they play this pronoun game. The workers who use pronouns can be.....toxic.

Did you see the one on Reddit of this person who was saying that she didn't identify as "lady" so when the manager comes by and sees everyone talking in a group instead of working, and the manager says "ladies, lets get back to work" this person who identifies as other then a lady completely and proudly ignores her boss because she claims she's not a lady and doesn't identify as such.
