What happend to the quality of Disney in recent years?

Marvel is no longer selling out cinemas and no longer can Hollywood rely on big names like Star Wars and Indiana Jones to make the big bucks.

So the question is what happend and how can they become the top dog again?

Actually you don't even need to convince anyone right at the start.

ANYONE can file a suit for anything at any time.

It's only when a judge reviews it does the need for convincing come to question. There has to be at least SOME standing at that point.

But you're right - even then, it can be almost nothing.

Again ANYONE can issue a suit for anything.

If I knew your identity (or maybe even if not under some circumstances) I could issue a suit against you and have it served.

It doesn't mean ANYTHING in there is remotely true or viable. It's only when a judge gives it the once over and sees that it has any standing. Even at that point, it's only a basic filter to see that it's not COMPLETELY frivolous.

Even then it just means, "OK you might have a point - let's move forward". Then you go through the preliminaries, discovery and all that and lay the foundations.

If nothing comes forward then, the judge can throw it.

That's what happened when Trump tried in over 60 courts to overthrow the election. He had ZERO evidence and when Rudi Guiliana was asked by judges for such evidence in the very preliminaries I spoke of "he confessed to having nothing" - and that's why they were thrown out.

The point there is to show you no, it means nothing until the evidence comes forward and that ain't yet.

Wrong as always... it costs money as it goes through court that's the point. Money Dismaly has less and less of... just fighting it in court is just another drain on their already weakening source of money coming in... but keep ignoring the point, that's what you do best.

You wishing about a outcome in Dismaly's favor is beside the point... not to mention Dismaly's army of lawyers that were formidable in the past have pretty much lost their weight in court...

Except that's demonstrably wrong.

There's clear evidence for his arraignments. That's documented both in the papers if you cared to read them, and the fact he ADMITTED to his crimes in video and audio.

The case of steraling documents. He openly says on tape that he shouldn't have these and knows it, and shows it to a journalist. He also admits to other crimes.

And they're seen by a hudge - now a judge can be cirrupt or have an agenda, but here's what you don't grasp about law - if that judge IS corrupt then under appeal that means you chave a case to revisit the case, as you can easily prove that. That's why judges always go the extra mile to make sure this doesn't happen and they are often extra fair.

So no you#'re demosntrably wrong.
