Ubisoft probably has ownership of buildings that they lease to others companies in play.

Europe has plenty of countries each with own game studio. Sure Ubisoft probably gets tax credits and offices that work other titles as consultants.

Trading from programmer to director and back and forth is what keeps them from worry about posts here in off topic. TO busy.
