can you to me as an european.. in short list what this don't say gay law entails.

from what I understand it merely is a law that
-scraps all the LGBTQ propaganda out of the educational books.
-raises sexual exucuation age from 5yo to 12yo
-lables any movies/tv with gay content in them 18+
-bans gay marriage in their state
-bans sex change operations in their state
-scraps the tax discount disney did get due them keeping spreading woke propaganda
-make it a minor misdemeneor (fines) to perform any homosexual activity in the public space
(this includes not being allowed in publicly shown homoerotic type of advertisements)

together with an earlier ban on abortion.. florida looks like an ever better place to live.. compared to absolutely bonkers laws on these issues here in my country.
-where every city hall flies the rainbow flag alongside the national one permanently
-the police participates in gay parades
-there is mandatory insurance that also covers sex change operations and abortions
it sickens me.

ofcourse it being america.. and florida.. there may be a few extremes to it that I would personally handle more moderate..
but in general I look positive to the whole ordeal.

I posted a link to the full text of the bill. Most of which you mentioned isn't even in it. Nor does it focus specifically on gender ideology, or LGBTQ stuff. Sexual exucation was never at 5 years old, some people are trying to push it to younger and younger people, and parents don't want it. Nothing is banning gay marriage in that state, and only sex change operations being promoted to children who are too young to consent.

Erm no.

You haven't presented any evidence that sex change operations are promoted to children too young to consent.

PLease do so.

so while I would be ok if those things I listed were included...
if it is merely about :

**don't give sexed classes to people in primairy school, keep that reserved for highschool.
which seems to be a very rational thing to support.
why than all the backlash
seems like a perfectly reasonable proposal.

as for freedom of sexual procedures..
In my nation the hypocricy is double bad.
--until 18yo you are NOT free to pick your own medical procedures.
****this means that if your parents want to pump you full of chemicals for made up illnesses like adhd or autism, against your will.. you cannot refuse it.. if you try to refuse, they can legally grab you and inject them into you against your will
****this also means that if your parents have religious opinions that do not align with your own, they can refuse or force treatment on you that can go straight against your own believes
also : when a person under 18 visits the doctor for anything, the parents must and will be informed.
BUT there are 2 exeptions
***covid vaccins.. are given to children as young as 5.. without informing parents
***hormone treatments are given to children as young as 12... without needing parents consent
***sexchange operations are given to children as young as 16... without needing parents concent.
-> and an alarming number of vulnurable children.. in mental clinics.. are suddenly coming out as gay or transgender.... just as the "just lable them autism/adhd" thing.. in the past.

so your parents CAN deny a 17yo a blood transfusion, or a vaccin for tetanus
and as 17yo you are not free to refuse even a painkiller.. nor harmfull medication that is of no benefit to you like risperdal, dipiperon or ritalin.
but we allow 5yo's to change their name and registrated gender, and decide whether they want an untested vaccin.. 12yo's to accept hormone treatment.. and 16yo's state funded bodyly mututlation..

You're not going to be gaslighting anyone today. We've all seen it. The Biden administration has even promoted it. Some detransitioners have even spoken out against it in congress after they were pressured into it as young as 12 by doctors.

The Parents Rights in Education Bill does this

"-raises sexual exucuation age from 5yo to 12yo "

And ZERO of the other things you just were brainwashed by the SJW / Left into believing is true

On a separate issue...

"-scraps the tax discount disney did get due them keeping spreading woke propaganda"

Happened after when Dismaly tried to throw it's weight around and step from "entertainment" and into the political ring... and Florida put them in their place. And rightly so...

This is ( for the thousandth time now ) a Bill to put the sex ed of kids with the parents.. not with the SJW / Leftist teachers that have their own agendas not caring about the kids or the parents

The Bill is out there for anyone to read who wants the TRUTH and not be fed propaganda...

Read it.

Either way, I can't believe for a moment adults talking to 8 year olds about sex has any kind of altruistic intent behind it. It's creepy AF. Even the least offensive possibly intention behind it, which would be to shape them towards a political ideology when their minds are peak for molding and shaping, is still extremely sus.

How is asking for evidence for YOUR claims gaslighting?

That's not how it works and you know it.

Gaslighting is when I start claiming things you HAVE NOT said.

But I'm asking for evidence of YOUR claims.

YOu clearly said there that operations are being offered to kids who are too young to consent. DEMONSTRATE YOUR EVIDENCE PLEASE.

If you can't and you continue to make dodges like this, it sdoes speak volumes of your dishonesty yet again.

Because if you were sure about it, you'd have absolutely no problem in showing the eivnde ce wouldn't you? INstead of excuses.

And you say there's a bill. That's not how evidence works - vaguely waving at something. I'm asking to show evidence of YOUR CLAIM. Where's the bit that backs up what you said.

average age to have sex in my nation is about 17 for woman and 18 for man.
this is up from the 15 for woman and 17 for man it was 2 decades ago
still at age at 12 year old about 7.5% of people have had sex.

those who push sexed age down.. argue that if SOME children have sex at those young ages.. than sexed must be before that age.

could not find numbers for how many have had sex at 11 or 10.. as legally 12yo is the minimumage for volentairy sex.. no research is done below that age.

I recieved sex ed by my parents, a video with talk like "if two people love eachother very much" shown when i was about 10 and my sisters were 9.
It would be very weird if school had done that...
->
the more detailed stuff, like what the heck condoms were, and what a soa was and all that, you leared at middle school at 12.

the whole transgender/gay stuff never was a part of either. nor should it.

The HHS secretary even called for sex changes to minors be taxpayer funded. You can go look at his statements for yourself. Or maybe listen to some of the detransitioners your media refuses to acknowledge even exist. They were pushed into it as CHILDREN by people in a professional level position. I've given the information you need to find what you are looking for. The fact you won't do the rest on your own tells me your only motivation here is to be contrarian, and argue.

Maybe listen to some of the people who have gender dysphoria your alternative media sources refuse to acknowledge even exist.

And exclude the ones that realized they were lied to about that dysphoria, as any kind of discomfort about their own body (which is perfectly normal, and extremely common for young teenagers btw) is being promoted as gender dysphoria by people looking to push medical procedures onto children. Thankfully, people are catching on, and those people are being stopped.

More states will follow Florida's lead. And I welcome it.

Lmao, a quick search shows that all those "Nordic" countries are passing similar laws as Florida to protect minors from these procedures.

On average 97% are happy with transition, the detransition rate varies between 1 to 2 percent among those who have transitioned. Those numbers speak in favor of transition procedure for those who suffer from dysphoria.

If people are "pushed" into making this kind of decision, like you suggest here without any clear evidence, then it is obvious that the detransition percentage would be way higher than that. But it's not because it's a decision made by will.

They are? I haven't heard of that till now. Then again I don't watch the news and my only news source is conversations at work during work time and :Coffee:Coffee:Coffee: break.

As they should... it's time people start standing up and pushing back...
