Umm, yes they can...
Child actors, child clothing models, babysitting, dog walking, magazine/newspaper delivery, lifeguard, fast food attendant, restaurant host, car wash attendant, grocery store cashier, library assistant, or movie theater worker, etc.
One of my friends was a Movie Theater worker at age 15 and got to watch free movies as a bonus. Another friend of mine, worked at an indoor Ice Skating place and got free entry, plus skate hire. I personally did magazine delivery and then child clothing model for that magazine.
Got my first home at age 16 and rented it out while living at home.
I had the idea of getting into acting due to the pay, but ended up with more a passion in IT. During my childhood, I would create websites and code web games, etc. Work as an IT Security Expert now.
I would suggest with your job, find good experience, but then ignore the amount of pay. You want to find your actual passions and interests in life to follow. So rather than being stuck feeling like a slave to your job, you actually enjoy doing it and it no longer feels like work.
I've got enough passion income, I could be retired at 28. However, I just still work because I enjoy doing it.
Oh read the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad: What the Rich Teach Their Kids About Money That the Poor and Middle Class Do Not" at age 15 or similar money management. It's something they won't teach you in school but you should know and understand to setup your entire lifestyle upon. Being rich isn't what you want either, rather it's being financial stable. Figure out how to make money work for you, rather than working and chasing money from paycheck to paycheck your entire life.
Well here in New Zealand, there's a minimum wage for that.
Starting-out Wage, Training Wage or Teens: $18.16
Adult Minimum Wage: $22.70
We don't do any of that stupid tipping culture, in which the employer doesn't pay the employees a fair salary.
Working part-time, it's not really about the money either, rather more the work experience. You will figure out what you might enjoy or dislike - working with customers, alone or in a team, etc. You should also be still living at home and perhaps not need to pay out for expenses, so can save up and invest it more towards the future.
Enjoy your passions.

but it seems no one can Agree on which Age groups
fit these so called Generational gaps.
Boomers = Was it the people born into the 80's or was it their parents
Millenials = Some say they are also Zoomers, some say they are not Zoomers
Zoomers = Some say people born into the 80's are also Zoomers & some Disagree.
Millenial = 1,000, so obviously to me people born into the 2,000's
should be considered as the Millenials, all the people who were born
between 1995 / 1997 ish & 2,000 & born after 2,000 are all Millenials...
The people born in the 80's have to be boomers, because they are stuck
in between the Generational Divide that are destroying this Country today.
They support their Parants, but also support their own ideal futures.
Then you have the Grandparants who are the ones that was to Control Politics,
either they support the Politics, or they want a more simple alternative that
doesn't involve Technology Controlling everyone
What do you think?
I don't care, nor believe in a whole Generation Divide like this,
to me the only one's who cares about this, are the Woke Generation themselves.
Which are totally on a Destructive Rampage & only cares about destroying
our Generation, but if you really think about it, they spend their whole childhoods
ruining our Generation that they forget about their own, & quite frankly we still
have a Generation to be apart of, & this Generational Divide isn't likely bothing us.
Cause we are smart enough to know better then the Woke. lOl!!!
Meanwhile the Woke are just making fools of themselves for no reason,
& it's just getting people killed, & causing Violence to sky rocket upwards.
I'd like to see some stupid Woke person try to put an end to the Violence in Chicago.
Lets see you go Police the streets, & watch you waste your time. lOl...
Now for the part about the Post.
Your 15 years old, what do you have to complain about?
Your childhood being lost to nothing?
Your Generation is to blame for that, us older people have nothing to do with it.
Politics have to blame for that, we have nothing to do with it.
There is only one thing you can do about it, & that is to join our Generation
in trying to fight this bad stuff going on in Politics Or get used to it being around.
Possibly even hating yourself along the way, but you know? It's your life.
Your 15 now, pretty soon you'll be 20, & life only speeds up from there.
Around 18 & 21 is when life really hits you, & starts speeding up, &
you are likely to miss it if your not careful.
Good Luck

everyone calling anyone else a "boomer" is just a hipster troll.
Likely depends on the country, in New Zealand there is no minimum age, only a min wage to be fair and not rip them off. Certain jobs want 16 year olds and up, but you will find others being fine with younger (depending on the position requirements).
For example: In a retail setting, an employee under 15 years old cannot work: in any area where the work requires lifting heavy weights. Such as they wouldn't do all the box carrying, or assist with the machinery, etc.
In New Zealand, for example, Countdown (grocery store) had a minimum age of 15 and McDonalds (fast food cooking) had a minimum of 16. So you will have to check with the business requirements as well.
I would personally check places like your local dairy or takeaway shops. Restaurants will normally place a young person on dish washing duty first, so consider stuff like that too and if it's something you can progress upwards into better job experience.
God bless america

If you ask me? I think the whole system is stupid.
I think the system is more like?
Grandparents = Simple Times
Parants = The Wild Crowd
My Generation = The Sporty Tech World
Woke Generation = Everyone after My Generation The Destructive Crew
That's off by a good 16-20 years. We came of age right around 2000. Missing out on the glorious 80s and 90s would have been horrible.
