If disagreeing like a barbaric caveman stops them from consuming unhealthy amounts of alcohol, I'd call that a win. I'm not too big on the whole "positive-loop feedback society" we live in today. I think it breeds bad habits.

It is childish to mock something without offering a sane and reasonable alternative. But here I am, offering the alternative, which also happens to go well with milk, sugar, and spice.

Absolutely not. Caffeine reduces blood flow to the brain, you're making a sacrifice to sharpen a small subset of your faculties. Cacao is far better, and contrary to popular belief doesn't contain caffeine in relevant quantities. You have ginseng, rhodiola, ♥♥♥♥ kola, ginkgo biloba, ashwagandha, shatavari, essential oils (trigger word warning), celastrus paniculatus, guayusa and yerba mate (better caffeine), guarana seed, and many more. Coffee is capable of a lot but I consider it to be mediocre quite honestly.

I just use water. Everything else you drink is basically polluted water anyway, and without water you cannot be productive.
