If disagreeing like a barbaric caveman stops them from consuming unhealthy amounts of alcohol, I'd call that a win. I'm not too big on the whole "positive-loop feedback society" we live in today. I think it breeds bad habits.

It is childish to mock something without offering a sane and reasonable alternative. But here I am, offering the alternative, which also happens to go well with milk, sugar, and spice.

Absolutely not. Caffeine reduces blood flow to the brain, you're making a sacrifice to sharpen a small subset of your faculties. Cacao is far better, and contrary to popular belief doesn't contain caffeine in relevant quantities. You have ginseng, rhodiola, gotu kola, ginkgo biloba, ashwagandha, shatavari, essential oils (trigger word warning), celastrus paniculatus, guayusa and yerba mate (better caffeine), guarana seed, and many more. Coffee is capable of a lot but I consider it to be mediocre quite honestly.

I just use water. Everything else you drink is basically polluted water anyway, and without water you cannot be productive.
