Should humans be classified as animals?

Considering how intellectually superior humans are to animals and how much we've progressed, I think it's safe to say there's a big difference between animals and humans.

Depends on for what purpose.

It would be kind of ridiculous, for example, to have to put "except humans" on a "no animals" sign.

Biologically isn't the only way to speak, though. If you have to clarify that there are no humans in a zoo, for example, you're talking to an idiot.

Again scientific evidence demonstrates it CANNOT be.

We evolved from ape-like creatures. Not two or one, but a group because that's how evolution works.

In fairness the 7th commandment is for marriage and adultery but it only outright says "Thu shall not commit adultery" which today, adultery has many different meanings depending on who you ask..
