they cant do that.
absolutely. their people need to take a statistics course ffs. the arrangement is almost psychotic to look at. maddening.
That's because Amazon doesn't make or own any of that stuff. Rather, it's partnered with paid cable networks like Starz and Showtime to stream their stuff. Hulu has similar arrangements.
I wanted to watch House of the Dragon on HBO but because of Bell Media's picky bugged website I can't, I think Bell Media did it on purpose so you'll go back to using a set top box and TV set with them with 1000 duplicate channels with nothing but garbage tv, been using internet channels for 3 years now, and only have a digital antenna on my old '40 inch TV on the floor collecting dust from no usage

As for getting a subscription to watch movies/shows, no thanks, I am not interested.
Yep. This exactly.
It's extremely dishonest to complain about Amazon over that at all.
Weird.
Same, I buy tons of stuff from them, so mmy main reason is free delivery
Huh? What are you saying here?
Amazon isn't doing anything wrong here.
They don't own the video channels.
The companies get paid to watch their videos like a subscription service for a TV set up.
why would you ever think this is a bad thing, or worth a complaint?
Amazon literally makes it obvious it's completely optional and because of the companies themselves.
I'm so confused.
No one can ever claim it's dishonest to do what they do. They DON'T HIDE anything.
THat is not what it happening here.
Why are you claiming that it is?
I am specifically explaining how it works.
THere's no crap going on.
There's no arranging it poorly.
Have you even paid attention to the store page for the stuff that needs subscriptions?
Why complain about a subscription that spells out you need it to watch the video?
I don't understand.
None of this makes any sense.
It's the most clear thing on the internet. IT literally spells everything out for you.
Amazon isn't sticking their name on anything.
That doesn't even begin to make sense here.
They literally don't own those videos.
AT all.
Ever.
That's why you need a subscription.
There used to be a setting to display prime stuff before anything else, but again people accidentally clicking on things that cost money, is straight out of mobile gaming to get that sweet, sweet "OOPS" money.
Also, there are plenty of ways to watch shows... They just can't be talked about here. Something about wearing a tricorn hat, getting a boat, and sailing the high seas while singing catchy sea shanties.
