Although I read some other people experienced euphoria. (It depends I guess).
You too.
I find it very couragious you go through these things. It takes a lot of energy and effort and you need a severe mental defense for what comes and goes, especially when dealing with people.
Good luck to you too.
I don't recommend calling people names. Same reasons. You won't get respect from people or change them by making them feel belittled.
That was thething I was trying to point out to OP. Respect for eachother (having some empathy and some understanding) does wonders.
Anyway, I hope I didn't make people misunderstand this.
And yes, bigotry happens unfortunately. The reasons usually do not involve the transition or their gender though, but those can be a hook point for people using adhominem to simplify the situation (person or reasoning) for them. (Maybe they themselves don't get it when they do so.).
So I agree with your statement. 'don't let it grind you down', indeed.
Try to see beyond it.
It's not like a magic switch flips in your brain as soon as you turn 18
I speak from first hand experience, and you're a bad human being.
