Why are most gamers reactionary?

My guess is a mix of low IQ and lack of education. Its just sad, I go in a stream chat, steam forums or in a call of duty lobby, for example: "lets go Brandon!!!!" "Lol my pronouns are Pony!!!" "Lol Sleepy Joeeeee" Its like baby brain cringe stuff that just isn't funny. That's what is the worst part... none of it is funny. Its things I found funny when I was 14 years old.

"most gamers" focus on playing their games rather than blabbering on streams or forums or sitting in a niche game lobby. You cannot make a generlization based on these groups since they are not indicative of "most gamers".

I disagree with the premise. Most of the gamers who make themselves highly visible by playing PvP and group online games may well be reactionaries, but that's just the gmergate effect. A bunch of cryptofascists came along and starting whining about feminism and basic human decency,, then after doing a bunch of criminally awful things to some innocent women, declared victory in the form of a bunch of games only misogynists and other violently disturbed personalities really like their own as a safe space for open bigotry, and the decent people of the world let them have it & just stopped going into those spaces.

we like people who were the same reasonable people 5-10 years ago, that being: I can google the temperature outside, who won the civil war, etc. without you having a meltdown and saying its all misinfo from the deepstate. Maybe not you in particular (most don't admit it anyway), but there is no exaggeration here. There are people this crazy, so its good to make fun of them.

So if someone doesn't agree with your believe it's "unreasonable," and thus worthy of your hatred and skorn. Your victim makes forcibly isolated them, up to and including banning them outright, merely for disagreeing with you have a different worldview. Victim is not your justification. You don't get to demand your morally correct because you've demonized someone. I ask why you're treating the people you look down on like they aren't even human.

Nah, its been known for a while that the gaming community- and to be fair, the internet in general, are mostly reactionary males. This includes stuff like YouTube and Facebook as well. Sure, there are some games which garner overwhelmingly progressive communities, but as a whole the baby-brain redpilled cringelords are the majority.
